My Goal – Week 12

Getting down to crunch time, I’ve got 10 days left, and it’s going to be close.  Most of what I’ve been doing is controlling my diet, which works to a point.  I also think I’ve pretty much hit that point.  For the past several weeks I’ve been hovering between 212 and 216.  This week I’m at 213.6, which is a bit of a backslide from the past couple of weeks.  I’m not terribly upset with this, as much as anything else I’m quite pleased at my progress to this point, I’ve lost about 20 pounds since I started keeping track on my blog and it’s closer to 30 pounds over the course of the summer.  I’m still going to try to reach my goal of 210, and I have my reward (I need a new pair of bowling shoes) planned should I get there in 10 days, if I don’t reach it by that date, I’ll keep going until I do, and wait until Christmas for my bowling shoes.

8/7 – 218.8

8/14 – 215.4

8/21 – 215.4

8/28 – 216.0

9/4 – 213.2

9/11 – 212.6
